Imme Lammertink, ACLC PhD candidate, is one of four finalists competing for the Synergy Award. The winner will be chosen on 6 February, during the NWO Synergy 2020 Social Sciences & Humanities Event in Hilversum.

‘The Synergy Award’ is a competition for PhD students who have come up with exciting ideas for impact on society resulting from their PhD research. The four finalists can improve their idea in interactive sessions during the Synergy conference on 6 February. Conference participants can give their feedback and advice by taking part in the Synergy Award open sessions. After a public vote, the best idea will be rewarded at the end of the day with the Synergy Award 2020.

The winner of the SSH Synergy Award 2020 will receive € 2500 to be used for realisation of the idea.
