Science investigates, discovers and never sits still. There is also a lot of research going on during the Lowlands festival. Festival goers can feed their brains with a wide range of surprising, new insights during the Science Programme, Lowlands Science at Lowlands.

Lowlands Science
This summer, festival goers can contribute to thirteen groundbreaking studies at Lowlands Science. Here, scientists, universities, colleges and institutions take visitors along on their research on current issues. Amongst the studies you can find a group of ACLC researchers; Rosa Zaaijer, Monique Flecken, Caitlin Meyer and Marieke Schouwstra.

The Yeehaw Lowlands Line Dance.
In this dance experiment, they will have a look at the learning process when mastering a new routine. Pull out your jeans, checked blouse and Stetson boots and test your line dancing skills to some nice country music. Yeehaw!

Lowlands Science is organised by Lowlands, De Nationale Wetenschapsagenda (NWA) BKB | Het Campagnebureau and New Scientist.

The festival will take place 16, 17 and 18 Augustus.
