The United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) has added to its Memory of the World register 64 collections of language documentation materials from The Language Archive at the MPI for Psycholinguistics, documenting mostly endangered languages from around the word in annotated multimedia corpora. Five of these collections where compiled by (or with the involvement of) (former) ACLC members.

The Max Planck Language Archive includes language documentation corpora by (or with involvement of) former/current ACLC members:

  • Bora, Resígaro (part or "Gente del Centro/People of the Center"): Frank Seifart (PI) Sri Lanka Malay: Umberto Ansaldo (PI), Lisa Lim (co-PI), Sebastian Nordhoff
  • Even: Natalia Aralova, [PI: Brigitte Pakendorf (Leipzig/Lyon)]
  • Baure: Femmy Admiraal [PI: Swintha Danielsen (Leipzig)]

The majority of these collections were created within the DOBES (Documentation of Endangered Languages) programme funded by the Volkswagen Foundation
